Communications and Record Keeping Training

Course Description: A course for residential and domiciliary care workers including carers, supervisors, and managers working with older, or vulnerable adults, in their own home or in care homes. Course Content: · Communication models · Verbal and non-verbal techniques including questioning & active listening · Communication with service users who are confused or suffering from sensory loss · Legislation and best practice in record keeping. Accreditation: A certificate will be issued on completion of the Communication and Record Keeping Training Course.
